Company History
2013
Serpstat was created as an internal tool at the Netpeak agency for Google's competitor analysis. A team of five people worked on the project in Odesa, Ukraine.
2015
The product was named Serpstat and launched as a standalone SaaS solution with a global focus. Platform scaling and initial investments began.
2016
Modules for competitor analysis, keyword research, and site audit were added. Serpstat became a full-fledged SEO platform with five core tools.
2017
We launched API access and extended functionality for agencies and enterprises. The platform's database began growing rapidly in global regions.
2018
New features were introduced: Tree View, keyword clustering, and text analytics. The team expanded to over 50 professionals across Ukraine.
2019
Support for local Google databases in 100+ regions was added. Serpstat was recognized as a top SEO tool by G2 and Capterra.
2020
We added an enhanced backlink analysis module and refreshed the platform interface. The active user base exceeded 200K accounts.
2021
Serpstat became a core product within Netpeak Group for B2B users. Over 50 new features and improvements were implemented.
2022
Regional databases were expanded, the site audit module was updated, and position tracking reports were improved. Functionality became more flexible and user-friendly.
2023
Serpstat introduced its backlink index and restructured its module architecture, making the platform ready for scalable Big Data processing.
2024
We launched Rank Tracking 2.0 and upgraded the API infrastructure. The platform surpassed 1.1 million users worldwide.
